Crazy Mindy Quizzes

Just finished my Analog Electronics Quiz last night. Managed to score 8 out of 10 and i got 18% of marks already. There are two more quizzes to go: Mathematics on next Monday and Digital Electronics on 5th march. The killing subject is mathematics! Alot of steps have to be done in one questions. I have not start my revision yet as the quiz will be in 3 more days. Going to die man. Digital E. covers alot of topics, from tutorial 1-7. It's crazy loh. Analog E. quiz only cover tutorial 1-3. Some more, i still have to prepare my report writing for another module. I guess i can't complain much cos i'm the one who wanted to study. Be hardworking then. Aiming to score well this semester, hope my wish come true. =)

i'm back to blogging!

I realised that i have not been blogging for almost a month. I didn't keep myself update to you guys. Life still the same, school reopen that why I'm SO busy. My schedule is i need to travel to NTU 4 days a week, that's consist alot of days for part-time studies.

I have learnt a new skill: MAHJONG!
Thanks to dar arh. Cos he recently pick up the skill too. Its quite interesting, it's more to mind game. My first round was during the 3rd day of Chinese new year with my sister and her bf. Alot of rules for mahjong instead. Got "dong, nan, xi, bei, big cards, kue animals, an gang, ping hu, yi shei, pan shei and .........................." I can't remember all the rules as dar have taught me alot of times.

Mahjong is addictive!
The funniest part is i will dream of mahjong when i'm sleeping just after the match. I been dreaming for 2 nights. The image of mj couldn't get off my mind. I lost 2 nights of beauty sleep. I ADMIT THAT I'M STILL BLUR IN MAHJONG. I almost "zha hu" alot of times and always tend to forgot to replace my gan card.

Comparing Mahjong to Poker Card:
Mahjong is more challenging than Poker card. Fun!
Whenever we are free, we will think of MJ. Although the bets we played is 20cent - 40cent. I have lost $70 for 3 nights. Can't blame anyone, cos it's luck. Its whether your cards is nice or bad. Hmmmm, must be sharp enough liao. No mistake again.

This sun mahjong again haha. I'm waiting for you!

Valentine with You.

Before the night of valentine,

We were playing mahjong till 4am.

We woke at late noon.

We were planning on where to go,

By right, we decided to catch a movie,

Bout sound kinda boring cos no good movies recently.

Dar had suggested to go

SINGAPORE FLYER!

We reserved the slots at 6.30pm.

We were late cos of our laziness (sleeping),

we reached flyer at 6.45pm.

The queue was long cos it's a special occasion for everyone.

We queue for almost half & hour before we got on board.

The best achievement we get is able to see the sightseeing BEFORE & AFTER sunset.

Its was different from day and night.

We able to see the flyer WITHOUT/WITH lighting.

We earned it right?

After 30mins of ride,

Its time for the next passenger to on board.

We had a dinner at "POPEYES" inside Singapore Flyer.

The queue was damn damn long.

Only 3 service counters were opened at that time.

Dar have queue for 40mins before getting our food.

It's yummy! Delicious than KFC!

Valentine night going to fall.

We were planning to play MJ again.

So, we get to play MJ again!

Depression Sister

My younger sister was downed last night.
We both have a heart to heart talk.
I understand that she's under alot of stress in her study.
Cos previously a NT student and was given a chance to rise to NA Stream.
She is in NA now and the stress level is different now as well.
I was shocked that during the year of her NA Steam, she was under alot of stress and pressure.
She was busted to cry last night.
I believed that she have tolerate the pain for few days.
She told me about her friendship, BG relationship, things happen in school and working issue.
I know our family is kinda poor. We have to work in order to have some money to spend.

We have to, sister. Alright? Don't do comparison with your friends. They are borh to be rich.
Remember what i told you last night?
You are a big girl now.
Everything you decide, you have to think of future.
Planning and schedule is a good practise to start now.
Plan about how are you going to manage studies and working at the same time.
If you think that exam is around the corner which you unable to handle, just stop your working for the time being.
Studies are important too.
Be a responsible girl from now onwards.
Can you, TYR?
I hope one day you will be.
Getting scolded from us, i know you are unhappy with it.
But its is meant for your own good.

Any problems or difficulties, you still have your sister to be with you. =)
Don't stress up yourself anymore.
Everything have a way of solving. Look on the bright side.

Holy Xmas Celebration'08

"How i spend my Xmas Celebration this year?"

Woot. I'm so tiring after meeting with lots & lots of friends that from ite, sec sch, poly and colleagues.

I'm listing how i meets-up for all my friends for Xmas:

• 20 DEC: Shopping with laopo @ Orchard. i bought a suspender for dardar as a xmas present. We had a steamboat dinner at "Zhen Fa Seafood" @ Novena with my NYP classmates. With Benson, Aiai Laopo, Yuming, Gallen and me. Abit pity that Ah yee, Linyun and ah jo can't join us. But a nice dinner throughout.
  
  
• 23 DEC: DTs Xmas gathering once again. Time passes fast. I still recalled we had a celebrating at Jack's Place. We have it at "Outback Steakhouse" @ Millenia Walk.
  i ordered a Grilled Salmon Marsala. Its taste great! A recommended healthy dish for people who like a mushroom cream sauce and boiled vegetable. We have a total of 18 presents to be exchange. See below!
  

  

• 24 DEC: Half day of work!
  Well, i meet up with my ex-colleagues from Famous Amos! With jane & baby javier, xiu, pei wen and wendy. I'm sorry to xiu cos you have waited me for almost an hour cos i have lost my way to aljunied, in e end you have to go make your friends instead. With my Navigator phone, i managed to find my walk to exact BLK of wendy's cousin house @ aljunied crescent. I have waste my one hour petrol to look out for that place. We had a nice buffet dinner & I GET TO EAT TURKEY but a slice of it only. Haha. We do presents exchange for friends and luckly draw too! I draw a Watch! haha. It's a square leather design that bought from Wendy. Thanks gal! There's more...............
  I have to rush to pasir ris after that. It was Christoper's brother 21st Bdae celebration. By the time i reached, its almost 11pm. I'm still in time for xmas countdown haha. It's was kinda bored cos all of them were playing majong. I played Black Jack & I'm Lucky that i won! Leaving at 3am to have my nap to prepare to meet my dar the next day.
  
  
• 25 DEC (It's Xmas!): I told dar I'm supposed to meet him at 12noon. Guess what? I got a sudden woke at 12noon haha. I jumped out of bed & faster picked up my phone to msg dar telling him i'm just awake. Without hesitating, i have to faster took my bath and prepare to meet him. I thought we will have a normal Xmas celebration this year, but NO! We have our Xmas @ Malaysia this year with his friends tagging along. We had a Bakut Tea that's shirley recommend. We head straight to Time Square for shopping. It's hell man. We couldn't find a parking. It's freaking squeezing somemore. Dar is so freaking pissed off also. I bought a shadal and a pair of earring from VINCI, Pardini store. Dar bought a sweater fron Pardini Store too. Guess i have fall in love with PARDINI. Of cos not to miss our car washing for our baby before we head back to Singapore. We went to shirley's house to gamble "daidee" haha. I lost $150 within 2 hours. My highest round is i lost $65 in a round loh. They're playing a huge bet! My dar is the winner of the Night. Finally, We are going home to have a home sweet home Xmas with only both of us. Er ren shi Jie!
  
  
• 26 DEC: Dental Appointment in e Afternoon with Dar's accompanies.
  A Xmas cum Bdae gathering @ Sake Sushi, Parco Bugis Junction with ITE classmates. With Ben Say, Roger, ting Feng and Connie who is the Bdae girl! We went to Marina Bay after our Dinner! It's damn nice loh. I was amazed by how they designed and the place was damn damn big. I headed back to dar's house after the gathering. Cos kinda miss him.
